    Always been good shopping in our local coles till tonight a big disappointment upset me a little i was accused of stealing when i have scanned every item in my basket this young girl come around said its missing stuff started scanning twice. End up with double each item after coming out of the shop thank goodness i checked my receipt. I went back to her she was so rude she said go to the cigarette counter and fix it. Like its my fault.

    We've been going to Coles at North Rocks for over 10 years. Service is second to none. Thank you everyone for that extra mile you take to make our experience pleasant and our day smoother. Special mention and thanks to the team in the fresh produce section. Looking forward to experiencing the new location in few years.

    Very poor in many respects. Small, cramped, tired and dated. I know it and the staff know it. Skimping on orders often times results in having zero stock of essential items. A last resort of few choices in the locale.

    seriously useless! can find brand names of our regular items anymore. they are forcing ppl to buy their home brand by removing brand names form stick - im going to Aldi from now on; lots of brand names starting to appear there

    Treat customer like a child. Rude and bad customer service. Most uncomfortable place to go to shopping.
