  The doctors at this medical centre are very terrible, they don't care about their patients and think they know everything. I have a short term sleeping problem and haven't slept for around one week. I was previously prescribed sleeping pills from a doctor working there and so I went back again. I told the doctor my problem and this young doctor said, her personal policy is not to prescript sleeping pills because you can become dependent on them and she asked me to relax and try to sleep, what a stupid advice????? I have used these pills occasionally in the past (14 pills for 6 months) and I understand not to use them for an extended period because of this risk. If I can just relax and fix the problem, why would I be going to see a doctor? I really hate doctors like this, because they think they are doing you good, but they have no idea about your life, what you have been through.... really sucks. Not having good sleep long term is going to affect my health and they prefer that I end up with mental issues rather then giving me a short term solution... The doctors attitude disgust me!!!! By the way, this clinic's policy is not to prescript sleeping pill.

  Good doctor patient relationship. Had to wait a bit, but worth it. Receptionists are friendly and very cooperative. No usess tests are suggested unless absolutely necessary.

  Abandon patients is their name. I waited 30 minutes for my twins immunisation arrived 10 minutes early so naturally after 40 minutes waiting my kids were restless and irritated only to find the GP unapologetically trying to usher me into the nurses room to go ahead and get the immunisation "over and done with" with no health check no weight or height vheck no consultation. Also they did not have any staff to assist forcing the receptionist to leave the desk in order to assist. They should not take any patients if they cannot provide a service. Thats unacceptable and it shows the greedy industry this has become. 'In and out' service without taking the time to actually provide the serice they being paid for.

  Very slow , feel like I have been misdiagnosed a few times , Dr lam seems to be the best here still not a very impressive practice what so ever.

  Usually very good. You can wait for hours if they don't highlight your name on the computer. You must check when you arrive that they have done this. Don't let them tell you to sit down until they have assured you they have done this.I have had this happen more then once.
